So, most people who know me know that I am sort of a restless person. I am really good at living or working somewhere for about 1-2 years, then I get crazy antsy for something different. I think it stems from growin up in the military and getting used to something different every little while.
Well, it is that time again- the time when I think I need something different. I have lately been feeling discontented with where I am professionally- not feeling like I am doing anything that really matters and not feeling I am living or working where I am meant to be and do the rest of my life.
Part of me thinks I would like to write a great literary masterpiece (I know I have talked about this lots before); part of me thinks I want to work in some self-validating human rights organization in some far-off place in the world; part of me wants to go live in a lighthouse on the shore somewhere and be the mysterious person who works at the quaint bookstore. None of these things can be accomplished in my current life situation (especially the last one- there are no lighthouses in Cache Valley).
I'll probably end up doing nothing because I am a chicken like that and can't make myself actually go and do something brave and random, but darn it all, if a girl can't dream!

i think you should move to the hotspot of Dayton, Ohio. Some young Air Force officer will sweep you off you feet and you can travel the world with him.
You should house-swap with someone in England like the movie The Vacation.
I meant The Holiday.
